I got this for my husband to help with calming his work stress during the day. (Purchased April 2025) This is a great product he uses it everyday at work. He is now using it to recover from a sugery and it is amazing. I'm ordering another one for myself and one for my mom. I highly recommend this sound device.

A great produce all the way around! I use it both by reading the descriptions and pick what is most supportive for me at the time. It's also fun to just intuitively listen to the different frequencies, go with the one I'm liking the most at the time, then read what it is supportive of. Super lovely...
