Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of original receipt. Please contact us to initiate a return. Damaged box and open box items are final sale; For safety and quality reasons, all gummies are final sale.
Once an order has been placed, changes and cancellations are possible within the first 2 hours. After that, the window closes, the order moves into processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns will not be accepted if the request was not submitted to us at info@orasociety.com. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded; a restocking fee of $5.30 will apply to every item. Shipping costs to return the product(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return is received at our facility for it to be inspected and processed. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must notify us within the same 24-hour window so we can begin investigating with the carrier. While carriers may advise allowing additional time for the package to turn up, it is still required that we are informed within this timeframe to remain eligible for support.
Replacements
If a replacement unit is provided under warranty or as a courtesy, the original return window remains based on the delivery date of the original order and does not reset upon receipt of the replacement.
Refund eligibility is determined by the original order date. Replacement units provided under warranty or as a courtesy are not considered new purchases and are provided solely to resolve verified defects or issues covered under our policies.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for coverage, as we are unable to verify whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery. Any unreported damage beyond 24 hours may void eligibility for a manufacturer’s defect warranty.
ORA Oyster Case
Colourways are released in limited drops and are available only while quantities last.
Product photos, lifestyle images, and previous marketing materials may feature colourways that are no longer available. While we make every effort to keep imagery current, specific colourways are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
If a featured colourway has sold out, orders may be fulfilled with the current available colourway. Once a colourway is discontinued or sold out, it may not return.
Differences in colourway availability do not constitute a product defect and are not covered under our warranty policy.
Price Adjustment Policy
At Ora Society, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer price adjustments on eligible full-priced items within 7 days of your original order date.
Price adjustments are not available on:
- Sale items
- Sitewide promotions or discount codes
- Flash sales
- VIP sales and Affiliate Sales
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday events
- Limited-time launches
- Bundles or sets
- Clearance items
To qualify for a price adjustment, the item must be:
- The same product, same model, and same color
- Currently in stock at the lower price
- Purchased at full price without discounts
Approved adjustments will be refunded to your original payment method.

Ora Limited Warranty & Replacement Policy
We want every Ora experience to feel calm, supportive, and fair. This policy is designed to balance peace of mind for our customers with responsible product care.
Battery Recovery Procedure
Like many rechargeable electronic devices, batteries may occasionally require additional charging time to recover after becoming fully depleted. In these situations, the device may temporarily appear unresponsive even though the battery itself has not been permanently damaged.
As part of the warranty review process, customers may be asked to complete the following recovery procedure prior to replacement eligibility being determined:
- Connect the device to a standard 5V USB power source.
- Allow the device to charge continuously for several hours.
- Disconnect the charger and allow the unit to rest for 24–48 hours.
- Attempt to power the device on again.
Many devices recover successfully after completing this process.
If the device remains unresponsive after these steps, warranty eligibility will be reviewed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Within 90 Days of Purchase
If your Ora experiences a confirmed manufacturing defect within the first 90 days:

90 Days to 1 Year from Purchase
If a confirmed manufacturing defect (excluding normal battery wear) occurs between 90 days and up to 1 year:

Alternatively, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
This approach allows us to resolve issues quickly without unnecessary return shipping delays.

Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or exposure to liquids

Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs)

- Battery degradation, capacity loss, or end-of-life battery wear resulting from normal usage cycles
Important Notice
Ora reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after review of submitted information and inspection where applicable.
To preserve the integrity of your Ora device, only use charging blocks with a maximum output of 5V.
Using higher-voltage chargers (including fast chargers, laptop USB-C hubs, or power adapters exceeding 5V) may cause internal damage and void warranty coverage.
