This website is operated by Global 28 LLC DBA ORA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent/guardian to do so.

 

 

3. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

  • ORA products, including the Ora Sound Machine and related audio content, are not medical devices and are intended solely for general wellness purposes.

  • They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or during activities requiring full attention.

  • Not suitable for children under 12 without adult supervision.

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Use is entirely at your own risk.

By purchasing or using our products, you waive any and all claims against Global 28 LLC DBA ORA, its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers for injury, loss, or damage resulting from use or misuse, except where prohibited by law. Always consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, have medical conditions, or use devices such as pacemakers.

 

 

4. Customer Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Read and follow all product instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Ensure proper charging (where applicable) and safe storage.

  • Avoid misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Damage from failure to follow instructions is not covered by our warranty or return policy.

 

 

5. Warranty

Your ORA product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects resulting in internal malfunctions under normal use conditions.

A brief diagnostic video may be requested to help confirm the issue prior to approval of any replacement or warranty claim.

First 90 Days From Purchase

If your Ora experiences a confirmed manufacturing defect within the first 90 days:

  • Replacement provided at no cost
  • A return may be required for further inspection and verification

90 Days to 1 Year From Purchase

If a confirmed manufacturing defect (excluding normal battery wear) occurs between 90 days and up to 1 year from the date of purchase:

  • U.S. Customers: $19.99 (shipping included)
  • International Customers: $25.99 (shipping included)

No return is required for this option.

Alternatively, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

This approach allows us to resolve issues quickly without unnecessary return shipping delays.

Replacement eligibility remains subject to review under our warranty guidelines.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modification, or exposure to liquids
  • Cosmetic wear and tear including scratches, dents, and scuffs
  • Damage caused by improper charging methods or unauthorized accessories
  • Battery degradation, reduced battery capacity, or end-of-life battery wear resulting from normal usage cycles

Additional Terms

  • Replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period
  • The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for any covered product defect

 

 

6. Sales, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Except as required by law, all sales are final.

  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Once an order has been placed, cancellations are only available within the first 24 hours. After that window, the order moves into processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled. 

 

 

7. Order & Payment Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or other reasons at our discretion.

 

 

8. Digital Content Licensing

Any audio, video, or frequency content provided by ORA is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell our content without written permission.

 

 

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services linked through our site. Use them at your own risk.

 

 

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service or products for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose.

 

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global 28 LLC DBA ORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or savings, even if advised of the possibility.

  • In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global 28 LLC DBA ORA and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of law.

 

 

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or government actions.

 

 

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

 

 

15. Entire Agreement
