Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Every order is packed with care and shipped using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

We always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 4 business days for standard order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, promotions, restocks, or other exceptionally busy times, processing and shipping times may be extended beyond our standard estimate.

That being said, our team works hard to get every order packed and out the door as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience during these periods.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we always hope for smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages once they are in transit.

Route Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If Route protection is not selected at checkout, we are unable to assume liability for packages once they leave our facility.

If Route protection is purchased and an issue arises, claims must be submitted directly through Route, as they manage and resolve all protected shipments.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to reship it — additional shipping fees will apply.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for next steps. While we cannot take responsibility for delivery issues related to address errors, we will always do our best to support you.

International Orders

Depending on your country, VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
