I use it to relax after work and in general to keep the peace while my kids and I congregate in the living room. It has definitely reduced my stress and I sleep better when I use it before bed.

Finally getting the sleep at night I need and deserve. I swear my dogs even sleep better and don't wake up in the middle of that night!! I even want to get my 17 year old son one.
