Ora Sound Machine

We love this sound machine. We previously used a regular sound machine with storm sounds, but my colleague recommended I try the Ora sound machine and I’m so glad I did. It has profoundly improved our sleep!

This is exactly what I expected. There is a button for each frequency and a mini manual with a short description of what each frequency may be most helpful for. My 10 picked it up and kept it on whatever frequency felt good to her pretty much all day for the first 3 days. I love that it is not bluetooth or wifi and is just battery operated as we are conscious of EMFs in our home. I also love the timer options. It is simple and easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend

I'm still experimenting with the various frequencies, but my favorite is 432 Hz. It has helped me sleep much better.
